Orders from the EU, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND and other worldwide states are subject to our usual terms and conditions. Please see the seperate pages on Privacy, Terms, How To Use Our Website and Delivery.
Payments are arranged on our behalf by Worldpay via secure pages and server. You will be billed in you local currency at an exchange rate determined by the day's rate at Worldpay.
Delivery is usually by a service originated by Royal Mail and would usually be an International Signed For service. A signature is required on delivery for all orders unless otherwise advised. Delivery will usually take place within 5-7 days where items are held in stock. Delivery timescales for out of stock items will be advised when we confirm your order, but would usually be within 30 days. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed although 99% of the time deliveries arrive as expected, they can be slightly delayed where shipping takes places around the times of public holidays.
Unfortunately, because of the size and weight of some items, export restrictions and local market regulations, we are not able to supply some items for destinations outside of the UK. If an item is placed within an order that we are unable to supply to you, we will adjust your order and payment as soon as possible and advise you of the amendment. In some cases we may be able to offer an alternative product or delivery and any option available will be advised.
Your order will be subject to any discount and sale offer that we run from time to time, including our returning customer discount scheme.

*Free delivery offer is restricted to normal retail order values. This offer can be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Free delivery does not include any import charges, VAT or sales tax that may be imposed by local authorities/regulations. Any redirection, re-delivery or holding fees and charges that may be levied by your local delivery service is not included.
Delivery rates are sometimes adjusted downwards, after order confirmation, if a particular order is 'low weight' and therefore costing less to deliver. An appropriate refund would then be made to your original payment method and a confirmation email sent to you.

All orders may be subject to local tax and import charges that are not included in order costs and delivery charges. These are arranged by local authorities and paid by the customer when the order arrives in the destination country.
