DELIVERY

Delivery periods can vary depending on the items contained in your order. Full details of likely delivery periods are advised in each of our departments.

Timescales for delivery to the European Union and other countries can vary and although we will advise you of an expected delivery time when we have dispatched your order, please feel free to contact us at any time to enquire.

Your order will usually be delivered by our private courier, although other delivery services may be used. Your order will usually need to be signed for on delivery but we will confirm the delivery method to you when we advise you that your order has been dispatched.

Our delivery costs can be subject to change without notice although they will not be changed once an order has been accepted.

Delivery to countries outside of the EU.

Please be aware that you may be liable for local tax, charges, vat and other fees that may be charged when your order arrives in countries that are not members of the European Union or where special arrangements do not exist with the EU.

This website is intended for our customers who live the UK.

We do have customers located in other parts of the world but as some of our products cannot be exported, please enquire first so that we may advise you and quote a suitable delivery cost before you proceed with your purchase.

RETURNS

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from us.  However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.

Goods Faulty on Arrival:

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault, although we would appreciate it if you could advise us of the fault as soon as possible. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send a replacement item as required.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly.  Once the damaged goods are received back, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send a replacement item as required. 

If you have changed your mind:

If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days from receipt.  The goods must not be opened nor used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense.  Once goods are received back, we’ll issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method.  Please note this policy does have some limitations.

DELIVERY DISRUPTION APRIL 2010

The sorting of UK and International mail by air has resumed but some delays could be caused to deliveries until the carriers schedule is back to normal. 22nd April 2010.

 

Following the closure of UK and northern European airspace, delivery of orders to some parts of the UK, Europe, the USA and worldwide have been disrupted.

Please accept our apologies for any delay caused to the delivery of your order.

All deliveries to the USA are being routed via an airport in Spain and are subject to delays.

Deliveries worldwide are being held pending the re-opening of UK airspace.

European deliveries are expected to be routed overland and are subject to delays.

UK deliveries including Special Delivery and Courier services are taking place but are also subject to delays.
