How to use our website

Some products have longer descriptions and links to further information which will tell you about the product or similar items. Most of our products will also display images of the product with the option to view a larger image in a new window.

If you decide to purchase a particular item, please press the 'add to basket' button to the right of the product price. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to indicate your size and colour options where required. Your shopping basket will ask that you confirm that you wish to buy the item which can be deleted later if you decide to change your mind. When you have finished
shopping, please press the 'checkout' button on the basket page and you will be taken to a secure server where PAYPAL will arrange your payment to us.

Your name and address details are passed onto us after you have completed the secure order processing stage which will then forward you to PalPal who will arrange your payment to us. PayPal is easy to use and accepts most credit/debit cards. If you do not have an account with PayPal, you can still make your
payment to us. PayPal arrange your payment on a secure server, do not pass any card/bank details to us but will advise us when the payment stage has been completed.

Order Process:

Step 1: Place items in the shopping basket.

Step 2: View your shopping basket and amend where required.

Step 3: Proceed to checkout. Accepting our Terms & Conditions.

Step 4: Provide your name and address via Globecharge's secure server.

Step 5: Provide payment details to PayPal on a secure server.

Step 6: An order acknowledgement is generated  and sent by email to you.

Step 7: Within 72 hours we review your order and send an order confirmation email.

Step 8: When your order is ready for dispatch, an advisory email is sent to you.
